Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
This policy applies to consumer purchases worldwide. It does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law, including rights relating to defective goods.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you or that third party receive the last item.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not compulsory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.
You may also withdraw online using our withdrawal form. If you use this online function, we will email you an acknowledgement without undue delay, including your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
Effects of withdrawal
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, except any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery. We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
