Shipping destinations and costs

We ship worldwide from Germany. The available shipping methods, shipping charge and total amount payable are shown at checkout before you place your order. Shipping charges depend on the destination, parcel size and selected shipping method.

Processing and delivery times

Our products are made to order. Production normally takes 1–2 business days. The following estimated delivery times include production and standard shipping:

United Kingdom	5–8 business days
Other international destinations	8–16 business days

The delivery estimate applicable to your order is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. During peak periods, including Black Friday and the holiday season, production may take up to 5 business days. Customs clearance and events outside our reasonable control may also extend delivery times. We will inform you if a material delay affects your order.

Tracking and separate parcels

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged additional shipping costs solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless these charges are expressly included in the total shown at checkout, they are not collected by us and must be paid by the recipient. We cannot determine these charges in advance; please contact your local customs authority for details.

Delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or shown as delivered but cannot be found, contact us at info@hiddenjams.online and include your order number. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
