1. Seller

These terms apply to purchases from our online store. Your purchase contract is with us.

2. Ordering and payment

Select your products, add them to your cart and complete checkout. Before submitting your order, you can review and correct your items and checkout details using the available editing controls. Clicking the final payment button submits a binding offer to purchase the items shown.

We accept your offer when we capture your payment or when you receive our order acceptance confirmation by email, whichever happens first. Merely authorising or reserving an amount on your payment method does not constitute acceptance. Payment is collected automatically at checkout, subject to processing by your payment provider. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

The contract language is English. We store your order details and send you confirmation of your contract, including the applicable terms, by email. You can save or print these terms before ordering and retain the confirmation email. For a copy of your contract details, contact us at info@hiddenjams.online.

3. Prices and delivery

The applicable currency, product prices, shipping charges and total amount payable to us are displayed before you submit your order. Prices for consumers in the European Union include applicable VAT.

Delivery destinations and delivery periods, including production time, are provided before you place your order. Any additional import duties or taxes not collected by us will be identified before ordering, including where such charges may arise but cannot reasonably be calculated in advance.

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage normally remains with us until you or a person designated by you receives the goods. The statutory exception applies if you independently commission a carrier that we have not offered.

4. Production and withdrawal

Our products are printed on demand using our existing designs. Production after an order is placed does not, by itself, exclude your right of withdrawal.

Our 14-day withdrawal policy, including instructions, return costs and the model withdrawal form, is available in our Right of Withdrawal.

5. Defects and liability

Your statutory rights in respect of defective or incorrect goods apply. Our withdrawal policy does not restrict those rights. Please contact info@hiddenjams.online if there is a problem with your order.

Our liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions. These terms do not exclude or limit your mandatory consumer rights.

6. Shopify and privacy

Shopify hosts our store. Shopify is not the seller under your purchase contract with us.

Shopify processes personal data when you visit or purchase from our store, including to provide enhanced services that use information from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. For these purposes, information is shared with Shopify and other service providers, which may be located in other countries. Where required, processing is subject to your consent.

Details are available in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy. You can learn how to exercise your rights, including applicable rights to object or withdraw consent, through Shopify’s Privacy Portal.

7. Applicable version

The terms in effect when your contract is concluded apply to your order. Later changes do not alter existing contracts.
